1. What we never do
- We never ask for API keys or logins: this site will never ask for your OpenAI, Anthropic or xAI API key, session token or account;
- We never collect your usage: not through a browser extension, a proxy or the command line. We don't collect any developer's consumption, remaining tokens or prompts;
- No fingerprinting, no social media pixels: analytics and ad cookies are only enabled once you agree (see sections 2 and 3).
2. What data we process
The site processes the following data:
- Analytics (Google Analytics, with your consent): we use Google Analytics 4 to count page views. Google only sets analytics cookies in your browser once you agree, and processes the data under the Google Privacy Policy;
- Ads (Google AdSense, with your consent): the site shows ads through Google AdSense. Once you agree to ads, Google and its advertising partners may use cookies and device identifiers to serve and measure ads based on your browsing on this and other sites. See how Google uses advertising technologies;
- Hosting (Cloudflare): the site is hosted and served by Cloudflare, which processes requests to deliver it;
- Language and cookie choices (local storage): when you switch languages, dismiss the language suggestion or make a cookie choice, your browser remembers it locally. It is not sent to us;
- Public source records: official public posts, status page notices, and when we checked them.
3. Cookies and your choices
On your first visit, a banner at the bottom of the page asks whether you accept analytics and ad cookies; in the EU, the UK and some other regions, this prompt comes from Google's consent tool and offers the same choices. The legal basis is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
- Off by default: until you choose, Google's code runs in restricted mode and writes no analytics or ad cookies. Your browser still makes the basic requests needed to load Google's scripts, and these include your IP address;
- Equal treatment: “Reject all” is as easy to find as “Accept all”. Rejecting doesn't change anything you can read on the site;
- Change it any time: click “Cookie settings” in the footer to choose again. Your choice on this site is stored for 12 months, then we ask again;
- Other ways to opt out: turn off personalized ads in Google Ad Settings, or manage each ad network's preferences at Your Online Choices.
4. Deleting your data and withdrawing consent
When you withdraw consent, the site stops granting Google storage permission for analytics and ads, and deletes the Google Analytics cookies on this site's domain where it can. Ad cookies are set on Google's own domains, so clear them in your browser or use the ad settings above. Clearing this site's cookies and site data also deletes your language choice and your cookie choice.
